AI role-play simulations for difficult conversations
LeaderCoreAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) simulation platform for leadership development. Participants hold spoken, realistic conversations with AI characters – a resistant team member, a sceptical client, a room of peer managers with competing agendas. Each session ends with scored feedback and concrete recommendations.
Lovering & Partners will embed the platform into three of its own areas of work: leadership coaching and its acceleration programme for emerging leaders and managers, consultative sales training, and its ethical influence programmes.
